Bets will be considered void and stakes refunded under the following circumstances:

• If a Match or Event Is Cancelled
• If a match is abandoned before the scheduled time
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error
• If evidence of match fixing or manipulation is found

The minimum bet amount is ৳50, and the maximum limit varies depending on the event and market. Separate limits apply for single bets and multiples (accumulators).
